How the fee works
How the model pays
The owner keeps the property. You set up and run the listing, and your agreement gives you a percentage of the booking revenue, usually 15 to 20%.
Illustrative example: if a property takes €4,000 in bookings in a month and your fee is 20%, your share that month is €800. Bookings change with season, location and the listing itself.
